Our physicians at Cincinnati Animal Chiropractic provide chiropractic care for animals during all stages of life. Similar to people, animals can suffer from various neuromusculoskeletal conditions. These conditions may vary in degree of severity. Four legged animals are very good at masking these ailments which in turn puts more stress on the rest of the animals body.

During the visit we will gather a detailed report from the owner and review any x-ray or MRI images and any veterinarian notes. One aspect we pay close attention to is, does your animal have a job or task requiring them to do certain things or is your animal a family pet that may have different needs? Every animal is different and should be treated as such. After we complete a full history, you can expect to see a thorough, hands-on exam that includes gait and posture analysis, spinal temperature screening, static and motion palpation. The treatment is referred to as an adjustment which is a very specific and controlled impulse that frees a joint from any misalignment that the doctor finds and helps the body return to normal physiological function.
